Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms, "we" refers to the seller of rocker plates operating cycleplate.com. "Customer" refers to the natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with us.

Article 2 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by us and to every distance agreement concluded between us and the customer.
Article 3 - Prices
All prices on cycleplate.com include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately during checkout.
Article 4 - Delivery
Every order is made to order as soon as it comes in. Expect a total lead-time of around 1-2 weeks (production + shipping) for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium. Stated delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Article 6 - Warranty
All our products carry a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
Article 7 - Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and Klarna.
Article 8 - Complaints
Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info@cycleplate.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Article 9 - Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount covered by our insurance, or at most the invoice amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits or missed savings. The customer is responsible for using the product correctly in line with the supplied instructions.
Article 10 - Force majeure
In case of force majeure we are not obliged to fulfil any obligation. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, strikes, government measures, transport issues and shortages at suppliers.
Article 11 - Intellectual property
All content on cycleplate.com, including texts, images, logos and designs, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced or published without written permission.
Article 12 - Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available at cycleplate.com/privacybeleid. By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.
Article 13 - Disputes and applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements between us and the customer. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Gelderland district. The customer may also submit a dispute to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 14 - Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available at cycleplate.com/algemene-voorwaarden. For ongoing orders, the terms applicable at the time of ordering continue to apply.
