Every rocker plate is custom-made, ensuring the center level is set specifically for each indoor trainer/smart bike with the wiper frames. Safety is also ensured by using steel ball bearings so that the range of motion can be finely adjusted.

We use the latest CNC milling techniques for the production of our rocker plates. Every plate is produced to the highest quality standard. Every Cycleplate is made to order as soon as your purchase comes in — not from stock. Total lead-time averages 1-2 weeks from order to delivery. All shapes, connections and openings are precision-milled to the millimeter for your specific indoor trainer.

After production, every rocker plate is manually inspected and finished. This means every plate is lightly sanded by hand for a beautiful appearance. When finishing is complete, every rocker plate is assembled: • mounting the vibration dampers • placing the balls • applying an edge strip • preparing the front wheel support parts in the packaging

Every rocker plate model is finished in a custom-made box for secure shipping. The custom packaging also allows you to easily transport the rocker plate after receipt. Perfect for taking it on holiday with your indoor trainer.

Every rocker plate is packed in a custom box and shipped using recycled materials that are extra sturdy. After ordering you receive an email confirmation with your order number and a production schedule. After production, every rocker plate is checked and safely prepared for shipping. Total lead-time averages 1-2 weeks (production + shipping).

The rocker plate is delivered as a ready-to-use product in a box. You only need to unpack it and position it. The front wheel support is custom-made for every indoor trainer model and is easy to assemble with the included tools. Installation is simple — place your indoor trainer on the rocker plate and secure it.

The rocker plate is virtually maintenance-free. Simply clean the indoor components with a dry cloth so the rocker plate is ready for your next ride.

The rocker plate is designed with a minimal number of parts for a long lifespan. If you need a replacement part, send us an email with your model. We will send you a link so you can order the part in our webshop.

Every rocker plate comes with a two-year warranty. If you need to make a warranty claim, send an email to info@cycleplate.com and we will arrange it. New indoor trainers come to market every year. We also offer upgrade options so you can easily get a new rocker plate for your new trainer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fietsplaat BV, Hogelandseweg 78, 6545 AB Nijmegen, info@cycleplate.com, phone: +31 6 42 132 781) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
